This notice explains how Marcos Install Limited ("Marcos Install", "we") uses your personal details when you contact us through this website, by WhatsApp, by phone or by email. Marcos Install Limited is registered in England and Wales, company number 11865521, and is the controller of your data.

What we collect

When you use the form we receive your name, phone number and/or email address, the town or postcode area if you give it, the type of job, how soon you need it and your message. When you message or call us we see your phone number and anything you send, such as photos of the job.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, to give you a quote, to arrange and carry out the work and to keep the records a business has to keep. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and, once you hire us, the contract itself. Accounting records are kept because the law requires it.

Who sees it

Liviu and the people who help run the business. The form is delivered by email through a service provider that processes it on our behalf, and the website is hosted by Cloudflare. We don't sell your details and we don't use them for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become a job are deleted within 12 months. Details of jobs and invoices are kept for 6 years, as UK tax rules require.

Analytics

Google Analytics only runs if you allow it in the cookie banner. See the cookie notice.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to marcos.installuk@gmail.com. If you're not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
